David is a serial entrepeneur and has successfully launched and sold several businesses in the title seach industry. He has been hailed by many as the OG of title research. He's taught several title search courses natiowide, founded TitleSearchCourse.com, and has nearly 40 years experience in title research and private investigations.
He is a licensed investigator, and has served as an expert witness for the US Department of Justice. He's been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The Robb Report, as well as several trade publications. And Dave served years on the board of National Association of Land Title Examiners and Abstractors (NALTEA).
